International Conference on Enhancing the Effectiveness of Tourism Workforce Training to Meet International Standards in the Context of Global Integration

Saigon University cordially invites scholars, researchers, experts, education managers, and lecturers to submit papers for the National Scientific Conference focusing on the following core issues:

Conference Objectives:

  • To create an interdisciplinary dialogue platform aimed at identifying a competency framework for recognizing and evaluating internationally qualified tourism human resources in the context of deep integration.

  • To propose solutions for improving the effectiveness of tourism workforce training in Ho Chi Minh City in accordance with international standards.

Suggested Topics:

  1. Analysis of the Party and State’s guidelines and policies related to human resource training in general and tourism workforce training in particular;

  2. Forecasting trends in tourism workforce development in the context of international integration;

  3. Developing a system of criteria for identifying and assessing international-level tourism competencies;

  4. Proposing solutions to enhance the effectiveness of tourism workforce training aligned with international standards and labor market demands.

Submission Guidelines

  • Requirements:Submissions must be original research papers that have not been previously published in any form.

  • Formatting Instructions:

    • Language: Vietnamese

    • Paper size: A4, Font: Times New Roman, size 13, line spacing 1.3

    • Length: Maximum 4,000 words

    • Margins: Left: 30mm; Top, Bottom, Right: 25mm

    • Abstract and Keywords: Each paper must include an abstract (5–10 lines) and 3–5 keywords in both Vietnamese and English.

    • References: All references should be listed at the end of the manuscript in numbered order. Footnotes are not accepted.

  • Author Information:Please provide full name, academic/professional title, institutional affiliation, email address, and phone number.
