Invitation to Attend the Online Seminar Sharing Experiences from the UN Tourism Best Tourism Villages Network

The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism has issued an invitation to attend an online seminar titled “Tourism for Nature: Conserving Natural Resources through Sustainable Rural Development,” organized by the United Nations Tourism Organization (UN Tourism). The seminar will take place on July 31, 2025, from 18:00 to 19:30 (Vietnam time) via Zoom.

Objective and Significance of the Seminar

This seminar presents a valuable opportunity for localities, businesses, and tourism communities in Vietnam to learn from successful models of sustainable tourism development, natural resource conservation, and rural development from prominent tourism villages in the UN Tourism Best Tourism Villages Network. The seminar will share experiences from exemplary tourism villages in Italy, Cyprus, and Ecuador regarding nature conservation, rural economic development, and preserving cultural identity through sustainable tourism.
