Bentham Science Publishers cordially invites contributions for the upcoming edited volume entitled:
“Women Empowerment in Tourism and Hospitality: Challenges and Opportunities with Digital Marketing.”
This book aims to critically explore the challenges faced by women in the tourism and hospitality sectors, while presenting innovative strategies for women’s empowerment through the transformative power of digital marketing.
Combining academic research, real-world case studies, and strategic guidance, this volume will serve as a valuable resource for promoting gender equality, advancing female leadership, and leveraging digital tools to foster sustainable development in the global tourism industry.
Scope of the Book
We welcome submissions on (but not limited to) the following themes:
- The role of digital marketing in promoting women’s empowerment in tourism and hospitality
- Overcoming gender barriers, the glass ceiling, and enhancing women’s leadership potential
- The impact of social media and female travel bloggers in destination branding
- Emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR) and their application in women-led tourism ventures
- Comparative studies on digital empowerment of women in regions such as Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas
- Success stories of women in digital entrepreneurship and lessons from female leaders in the tourism sector
