National Scientific Conference on Customer Experience Management in the Digital Era and Global Integration

In July 2025, the Faculty of Tourism and Aviation Services – Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA) will organize a national scientific conference with the theme: “Customer Experience Management in the Digital Era and Global Integration: Opportunities and Challenges in Training High-Quality Human Resources in Travel – Hospitality – Restaurant Services and Aviation.”

Promoting Human Resource Training in the Service – Tourism Industry in the Context of Digital Transformation

The conference aims to establish an academic forum for knowledge exchange and practical sharing among scientists, lecturers, regulators, and enterprises, focusing on the core issue of customer experience management in a digitalized and globalized environment, as well as on strategies for developing high-quality human resources that meet the integration trends in tourism, hospitality, and aviation sectors.

The event is expected to take place at the Vietnam Aviation Academy – Nguyen Van Troi Campus, Ho Chi Minh City, in July 2025, with the participation of delegates from domestic and international universities, colleges, research institutes, and businesses operating in the service and aviation industries.

The conference will cover multiple interdisciplinary and practical aspects, including:

  • Innovation in training high-quality human resources in tourism and service industries;

Publishing Opportunity and Free Participation

Selected papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with an ISBN, issued by the Social Sciences Publishing House. Importantly, participation in the conference is entirely free, and no article processing fees will be charged, thus offering open opportunities for lecturers, researchers, and relevant stakeholders to contribute academically.

  • Structure: Title, author information, abstract (200–250 words), keywords (4–6), research content (qualitative or quantitative orientation).
