The Institute of Applied Tourism Research is pleased to announce the enrollment of the Bibliometric Course (Research Evaluation by Bibliometrics) – a specialized training program designed to equip participants with essential skills in scientific data analysis, research mapping, and the identification of academic trends.

Main Content

  • Introduction to the theoretical foundations and applications of bibliometrics in scientific research.

  • Guidance on retrieving and utilizing data from Scopus and Web of Science (WoS).

  • Hands-on practice with specialized tools: VOSviewer, Biblioshiny/R Studio.

  • Developing scientific maps, analyzing trends, authors, journals, and research networks.

  • Applying bibliometric methods in writing scientific articles, theses, and research projects.
