Bac Lieu University will organize a national scientific conference entitled:
“Innovating Teaching Methods and Assessment to Meet Program Learning Outcomes”,
scheduled for July 11, 2025, at the university’s main campus. The event is expected to welcome approximately 70 delegates, including academic leaders, lecturers, researchers, and education experts from universities, local education departments, and affiliated institutions.

Creating a Forum for Higher Education Reform

On July 11, 2025, at the Main Hall of the Administrative Building – Bac Lieu University, a scientific conference will be held under the theme:
“Innovating Teaching Methods and Learning Assessment to Meet Program Learning Outcomes.”
This event will gather more than 70 delegates from universities, educational institutions, and regulatory bodies. It marks not only a platform for academic exchange but also a concrete step forward in higher education reform—one that emphasizes learner-centered approaches and authentic outcome-based education.

The conference addresses a fundamental question of modern education:
How can teaching and assessment methods truly support students in developing comprehensive competencies—from critical thinking and technical skills to employability in a fast-changing labor market?

The paper must be original, academically rigorous, and unpublished.

2. Submission Format:

  • Max 10 A4 pages; Times New Roman, font size 12, single spacing

  • Margins: top/bottom 35mm; left 30mm; right 25mm

  • Figures and tables: PNG/JPG/WMF, max size 7×14 cm, numbered and titled above

  • Equations: MathType, numbered on the right

  • Citation style: APA 7th Edition

4. Structure:

  • Title in Vietnamese and English (UPPERCASE, bold, centered)

  • Author’s name, affiliation, and contact email (*)

  • Abstract (200–250 words) and keywords (min. 3) – in both Vietnamese and English

  • Main Sections:
