The Vietnam Association for Tourism Training (VITEA), in collaboration with the Cultural Tourism Talent Incubation Project, Chan Tam Tourism & Services Co., Ltd., and the International Institute in Geneva (IIG), is honored to co-organize the International Scientific Conference under the theme:
\u201cCultural Industry with Sustainable Tourism Development in Vietnam in the Context of International Integration.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n

Objectives and Significance<\/h2>\n
The conference aims to provide an academic platform for knowledge exchange and practical discussion on enhancing the role of cultural industries in promoting sustainable tourism development. It seeks to contribute to policy directions and strategic pathways for fostering culture and sustainable tourism in Vietnam in the era of international integration.<\/div>\n

Date: October 30, 2025
\nVenue: Tam Chuc Spiritual and Cultural Tourism Complex, Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam<\/div>\n

Participants<\/h2>\n
The conference expects 100\u2013150 participants, including:<\/div>\n
Leaders from central government agencies (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Vietnam National Authority of Tourism; Vietnam Tourism Association).
\nLeaders of provincial Departments of Culture and Tourism.
\nLeaders of universities, tourism enterprises, international organizations, and approved individual registrants.
\nInstitutes, academies, colleges, and tourism training centers nationwide.
\nThe conference will be organized under a socialized model.
\nA participation fee will apply to accepted papers.<\/div>\n

Local Cultural Resources for Creative Tourism Product Development and Heritage Conservation

\nDeveloping tourism products from tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
\nThe role of local communities in preserving and revitalizing cultural heritage.

Developing High-Quality Cultural and Tourism Human Resources in the Digital Era

The Role of Performing Arts, Cinema, and Fashion in Attracting Tourists and Developing the Nighttime Economy

\nModels of walking streets, night markets, and creative nighttime spaces.
\nUrban management and public security in nighttime tourism.

International Cooperation in Developing Cultural Industries and Tourism in Vietnam<\/p>\n

Bilateral and multilateral cooperation models in cultural and tourism product development.
\nTechnology transfer and knowledge sharing from countries with advanced cultural industries.
\nBuilding a national brand through cultural industries and tourism.
\nStartup ecosystems in the field of cultural industries and tourism.

Submission Guidelines<\/h2>\n
Abstract submission deadline: August 25, 2025
\nAbstract length: maximum 350 words (in both English and Vietnamese)
\nNotification of acceptance: within 15 days of submission
\nFull paper submission deadline: September 25, 2025<\/div>\n

Requirements for Papers<\/h2>\n
Papers must follow the standards of a scientific research article.
\nLanguage: Vietnamese or English
\nThe title must be written in uppercase letters, bold font, size 14.
\nLength: 5,000 words, A4 paper size, Times New Roman, font size 13, 1.5 line spacing, margins: top 2 cm, bottom 2 cm, left 3 cm
\nAbstracts and keywords: Maximum 350 words in both English and Vietnamese, with 3\u20135 keywords
\nReferences: APA 7th edition citation style; references listed at the end of the paper
\nAuthor information: Full name, academic title, degree, institutional affiliation, email, and contact number must be clearly indicated
\nOriginality: Papers must not have been published or submitted elsewhere simultaneously<\/div>\n

Review and Publication<\/h2>\n
All submissions will undergo independent peer review. Accepted papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings, published by a reputable publisher with ISBN registration. Manuscripts not accepted will not be returned.
