This conference will serve as a prestigious academic forum for discussing the importance of responsible activities in tourism supply chains, aiming to build sustainable and ethical supply chains. The event will also highlight the crucial role of higher education institutions in training a high-quality workforce for the tourism industry.  <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>TOPICS OF INTEREST<\/h2>\n<p>The conference welcomes original, unpublished research papers focusing on the following key topics, although this list is not exhaustive:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Topic 1: Trends and Requirements for Developing Responsible Supply Chains in the Tourism Industry<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This topic focuses on a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of responsible supply chains in tourism. Expected papers may explore: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contemporary Research Directions in Supply Chain Management for Tourism, Sustainable Tourism, and Responsible Tourism: Identify emerging research areas, knowledge gaps, and research priorities to advance responsible supply chains.<\/li>\n<li>Job Opportunities in Responsible Supply Chain Management in Tourism: Analyze labor market demands, new job types, and the necessary professional and soft skills for experts working in responsible supply chain management within tourism.<\/li>\n<li>Training and Research Needs for Human Resources to Implement Responsible Supply Chains in Tourism: Assess both quantitative and qualitative training needs, necessary curricula, and research capacities to meet the practical demands of the industry, supporting effective implementation of responsible supply chains.<\/li>\n<li>The Role and Models of Cooperation between Educational Institutions and Employers in Training a Workforce to Meet Market Needs for Implementing and Developing Responsible Tourism Supply Chains: Discuss effective collaboration models between universities, colleges, and tourism enterprises to design relevant training programs, enhance internships, and ensure graduates are capable of meeting job requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of Responsible Tourism Supply Chain Management Training in Higher Education Institutions: Share practical experiences, innovative teaching methods, detailed training programs, and specialized courses designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed for responsible supply chain management.<\/li>\n<li>Conditions to Ensure Effective Training of Human Resources for New Market Needs in Responsible Tourism Supply Chain Management (Mechanisms, Policies, Human Resources, Infrastructure, etc.): Analyze key factors necessary to improve training quality, including developing support mechanisms and policies, investing in qualified teaching staff, and upgrading learning facilities and equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION<\/h2>\n<p>To ensure the quality and objectivity of the conference proceedings, all submitted manuscripts will undergo a strict blind peer-review process before being considered for publication. Authors are expected to adhere to the following guidelines: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> <strong>Originality<\/strong>: Manuscripts submitted must be original research that has not been previously published or is under review for publication in any other journal, conference, or publication.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>Language<\/strong>: All manuscripts must be written in English.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Formatting:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u25e6 Use MS Word.<\/p>\n<p>\u25e6 Font: New Times Roman, size 13, with 1.5 line spacing.<\/p>\n<p>\u25e6 Manuscript length should be between 3,000 and 4,000 words, including tables, figures, references, and appendices (if applicable).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submission Components: Submissions must include two separate documents:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u25e6 Cover Page: This should include full author details: full name, institutional affiliation, complete contact address, phone number, email address, and any acknowledgments or sponsorships (if applicable).<\/p>\n<p>\u25e6 Main Manuscript: The manuscript should not contain any identifying information to ensure anonymity during the peer-review process.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em> Abstract:<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u25e6 The abstract should be approximately 120-150 words.<\/p>\n<p>\u25e6 It should clearly describe the main arguments, research methods, and key conclusions of the paper.<\/p>\n<p>\u25e6 Include a list of 3-5 keywords in alphabetical order.<\/p>\n<p>\u25e6 The abstract and keywords must be presented in both English and Vietnamese.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em> Title and Headings:<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u25e6 The manuscript title should be in bold and centered on the page.<\/p>\n<p>\u25e6 Main section headings should be in bold, aligned to the left, and numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals (e.g., 1. Introduction, 2. Theoretical Framework).  <\/p>\n<p>\u25e6 First-level subheadings (e.g., 2.1) should be italicized and bold.<\/p>\n<p>\u25e6 Second-level subheadings (e.g., 2.1.1) should be italicized but not bold.<\/p>\n<p>\u25e6 All pages of the manuscript must be numbered consecutively at the bottom.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em> Tables and Figures:<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u25e6 Tables and figures should be numbered separately and consecutively with Arabic numerals (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1).<\/p>\n<p>\u25e6 Each table and figure should have a clear and informative title to help the reader easily understand its content.<\/p>\n<p>\u25e6 Images must be of high quality, with good resolution and sharpness to ensure clear display both in print and online.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>References: Citations in the text and reference list should strictly follow the APA 7th edition citation style using the author-year system (e.g., Dunning, 2000; Smith, 2005).<\/li>\n<li>Processing Procedure: Any manuscript that does not comply with the above guidelines will be returned to the author for necessary revisions before entering the blind peer-review process.<\/li>\n<li>Copyright: As a condition for publication, authors agree to transfer copyright of the manuscript, including the abstract, to the conference. This transfer ensures the widest dissemination of the information, both in print and electronic formats. <\/li>\n<li>Conflict of Interest: Authors are responsible for clearly disclosing any sponsorship or financial relationships that may create a conflict of interest concerning the content of their manuscript.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>IMPORTANT DATES<\/h2>\n<p>Authors are kindly reminded to note the following important deadlines to ensure timely review and publication of their papers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Abstract Submission Deadline: August 10, 2025<\/li>\n<li>Full Paper Submission Deadline: September 10, 2025<\/li>\n<li>Acceptance Notification: October 10, 2025<\/li>\n<li>Registration Deadline: October 30, 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>PUBLICATION<\/h3>\n<p>All accepted and registered papers will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISSN number.
